To import car tires, motor vehicles and be able to trade and circulate goods to the market legally, what procedures need to be done? What is the process, steps and costs? LYT Việt Nam will advise and provide legal information related to applying for quality certification for imported car tires as follows:
Step 1: Sign up for a trial
Enterprises send test registration dossiers to the Registry, including:
– Business license / CIT
– Registration form
– Technical data sheet
– Registration sheet for quality inspection of imported goods
– Technical drawing board
– Import declaration
– Prototype (2 tires with rim, tattoo)
Step 2: Registrar receives samples and tests according to QCVN 34: 2017/BGTVT
Step 3: After the testing period, the Registry Department issues the test report
Step 4: The test report passed, the Registry Department issued a quality certificate to the enterprise
After obtaining the quality certificate, the enterprise will carry out the procedures for announcing the conformity of car tires according to regulations
